Returns

As we use airless packaging to ensure the hygienic use of our products over a long period of time. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchange or returns on non-faulty items, because we do not want to re-sell returned items, as other companies/shops may do. Returns policy is not applicable for the wrong choice for purchases made in our online store nor do we refund for a simple change of your mind, so please choose carefully.

To be eligible for a return, your purchased products; damaged in transport or/and incorrect items received. It must be unused and in the same condition, it also must be in the original packaging that you received. Our returned policy lasts 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since the delivered date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Our customer service team will review the items and approve the return. To receive your refund, please get in touch with us at info@rebornskincare.com.au with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us without our approval.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@rebornskincare.com.au.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards: there are no returns on gift cards at all and expiry date cannot be extended nor exchange for cash

Shipping
To return your product, you are advised of the address once your refund/exchange is approved by email. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
